You can lose weight for your wedding day. How much time do you have? You want to look good and there are ways you can lose weight - some ways are healthy - some not so healthy. In this article I'll stick to the healthy ways you can loose weight for your wedding day.
Begin a jogging routine. Make time to go to a park in your area and jog for 30 minutes a day. If you can't jog the whole time, then start jogging, then walk, jog, then walk, jog, then walk again. Make sure you do it for the entire 30 minutes though. If you work in a city or a tall building, arrive 10 minutes earlier to work and begin walking the stairs up to your workplace.
The important thing is to get more exercise than you usually do. Try to do it within your current schedule. Walk at a faster speed than you usually do wherever you go. Swim, go to the beach if you live near one and run into the waves or walk along the beach at a fast pace.
Most of us enjoy having an exercise buddy or partner. Ask someone at work who you know already exercises regularly if you could tag along and try to keep up.
Do extra housework that puts you on your knees for scrubbing chores or gardening chores. Do whatever you can to move more and more vigorously. Do this for one or two months before your wedding and you'll surely lose some pounds and shape up.
How about your diet and foods. If you're getting married and you want to lose weight before your wedding day, you will want to begin choosing to eat better foods fewer times a day. No snacking. One of the best things you can do to loose weight is to stop drinking diet sodas, regular sodas, power drinks, caffeine drinks and other sweet drinks - even vitamin waters and fruit juices (way too much sugar). All have Aspartame sweetener in them and the fact is, you are doing tremendous damage to your body by drinking those types of drinks and refreshments.
If you're like most people who have grown up drinking sodas and fruit juices, you are probably addicted to them. If so, then try cutting back by drinking just one a day.
No candy bars, chocolates or cakes. No breads and sandwiches, no pizzas. Yikes! No pizza! Sorry, it's hard and you do want to lose some pounds don't you? Also, you must stop eating low carb foods, low calorie and low fat foods. Forget the diets. They're expensive and have no taste and only work if you put in the effort and exercise. Really.
So what can you drink and eat? How about purified water? Don't drink tap water because it contains things you don't want to know about-unless you are lucky enough to have a home water filtration system that works.
